The jaw crusher should be isolated before any maintenance work is carried out. Due to the nature of internal repairs a sign should also be placed to prevent anyone initializing the machine.
1. The jaw crusher should need the necessary feeding equipment so as to ensure even balanced material feeding.
2. Requirement : Size-mixed material feeding; Not super-large –size material feeding; Not pile-up material feeding.
3. Frame level devision within the formal wall width should be controlled within 5mm. To avoid damage produced by unbalanced material feeding.
4. The users should replace the plate when wear the tooth depth of the fixed and the swing jaw plate 15%. (leaving about 6 – 8 mm) Otherwise it wil damage the machine because of the sudden-change load.
5. Fasten the Tension Rod Device frequently. Each operation at least once, especially the tighten expansion sleeve.The new machine should be fastened after one or two hour operation. Latter on the users should fasten the high-strenth bolts every day enable the inclusive face of the thighten expansion sleeve completely swelling up. Dear users, the power of this machine is mainly transmitted by the tighten expension sleeve. Wether the tight expension sleeve is fully swelling up not only affect the quality of the power transmission, but also damage the holes of the fly and groove wheel and damage the ends of the eccentric shaft. So it is necessary for the users to follow the aboved-mentioned requirements.
6. Timely and reliably lubricating all frication surfaces of the crusher, it will ensure that the crusher works in good state and prolong its service life. The grease filled into the bearing housing should be changed once every 3-6 months. The bearing race must be cleaned carefully with gasoline and kerosene before lubrication.
7. Regularly clean the dust on the motor, in oder to avoid broken out of the motor because of the heat radiation.
8. Toggle plate, as protect device which is precise instrument. Once it wears or breakes up, users should replace it. Otherwise it can not protect the machine.
Note: If the users must change the foundation size, the users should get agreement with the producer. The users must follow the above-mentioned requirements in case avoiding the unnecessary losses.
